40th st & Locust, Philadelphia, PA University of Pennsylvania in cooperation with the Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia One Percent for Art Program.
In Fall 2018 Plateau (1) was dismantled 100 yards down the street, and re-designed for the new site, to make room for a new dormitory on the University campus.
