The project was located in front of a secondary school in a small town outside of Paris. It was designed to give them a place to hang-out, by themselves, after school, before going home.

Thoughts on Adolescence-The age between childhood and adulthood is an age where kids are searching for their thoughts, their bodies, and a home. These kids have no place to go, as they move between their bedroom and the schoolroom, from private space to social space ,looking for a place to call home. They are the homeless, wandering about alone or with each other moving towards an unknown destination to get warm or just to keep their bodies moving. They are the nomads of our culture. They feel powerless but have more power than they know. They influence culture but are criticized by it. They are loved but feared. They are the children, they are the young adults, they are a population of in-betweens, almost, and not yet.
